1. Who we are
QuoteMyTrade is operated by Arya Digital Solutions. Email: contact@quotemytrade.co.uk.
2. The service
QuoteMyTrade is an AI-powered quote generation service for UK tradespeople. We generate professional quote documents based on information you provide.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and a UK resident to use QuoteMyTrade. By signing up you confirm this.
4. Free trial
New accounts receive a 10-day free trial with up to 5 quotes. No credit card is required during the trial.
5. Subscriptions and payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
- You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period
- The Easter offer price (£19/month) is locked for 12 months from signup date
- Annual subscriptions are not refundable after the 14-day cooling off period (which you waive upon starting your trial)
6. Cooling off right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel digital services. By starting your free trial and using the service, you explicitly waive this right and acknowledge that the service begins immediately.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use QuoteMyTrade to:
- Generate fraudulent quotes or mislead customers
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Violate any applicable laws
8. AI-generated content
Quotes are generated by AI. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sending to customers. QuoteMyTrade does not guarantee the accuracy of generated quotes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteMyTrade's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
